Have a design? Our engineers can take your idea and make it a reality. We can take your files whether 2D, 3D or a stone-aged drawing and create your part. The flat layout created by your supplied drawings is then programmed for either our laser or punch.

Our Amada 537 Hydraulic Turret Punch Press is able to punch a 50"X70" sheet of material without repositioning. It is a 58 station machine with two auto indexing stations which allow us to punch a specific tool at any angle required by the customer.

​Laser Cutting
Our CNC CO2 lasers are able to cut a variety of materials including, but not limited to aluminum, steel, and stainless steel. We are able to cut up to a full sheet (48" x 96") at a time. Our Amada Quattro 2000 Watt Laser has a fully articulating head which allows us to modify prefabricated parts in our machine.

We have five press brakes ranging from 4', 25 ton to 8', 80 ton. For a full description please see our Equipment List.

We specialize in Mig, Tig, and Spot welding. We are able to weld aluminum, steel, stainless steel as well as other materials.

Our Trak Knee Mill with CNC Control is a programmable mill with X, Y, and Z programmable coordinates. Please check back soon as our machining capabilities are growing.

We have a Haeger 824 Plus 8 Ton hardware installer. It has a built-in counter and auto hardware feed capabilities. We also have two 6 ton hardware presses.

Our Virtek LaserQC is able to inspect the flat layout created by your supplied drawings and inspect overall dimensions and hole locations and sizes in an instant. Our parts do no continue production until our Virtek gives an approved reading. We supply first articles and certs upon request.
