Engineering

Have a design? Our engineers can take your idea and make it a reality. We can take your files whether 2D, 3D or a stone-aged drawing and create your part. The flat layout created by your supplied drawings is then programmed for either our laser or punch.

Punching

Our Amada AE 2510NT Turret Punch Press – 45 stations handles a 50” x 98” sheet of material without repositioning and has four (4) auto indexing stations which allow us to punch a specific tool at any angle required by the customer. This new machine shows further commitment to providing our customers value by taking advantage of the many newer processing capabilities available in punching — along with the additional benefits of a machine that is both environmentally-friendly and costs significantly less to operate and maintain than some older technologies. Electrical consumption is less than one-half of comparable hydraulic machines with higher positioning speed that improves both productivity and provides significantly faster punching speeds than mechanical turrets.

Laser Cutting

Our IPG Laser Cube 4000 and 3000 watt are fiber optic 4×4 flatbed Laser cutting machines . They handle a variety of material including stainless/mild steel, aluminum, brass, copper, and laminated foils.

The Laser Cube is designed and optimized for fast and reliable precision cutting of small parts that can align with punch or printed parts. It maximizes productivity and lowers our cost per part with a flexible laser cutting system.

Machining

Our Haas VF-1 Machining Center with CNC Control is a programmable mill with X, Y, and Z programmable coordinates. This model helps us match many size and production requirements with a high-power, direct-drive spindle and is made in the USA.

Our Haas Mini Mill is the industry standard for compact machining centers. They provide an economical solution for small parts machining in a compact package that is loaded with full-size features.

Welding

We specialize in Mig, Tig, and Spot welding. We are able to weld aluminum, steel, stainless steel as well as other materials.

Forming

We have five press brakes ranging from 4′, 25 ton to 8′, 80 ton. For a full description please see our Equipment List

Hardware

We have a Haeger 824 Plus 8 Ton hardware installer. It has a built-in counter and auto hardware feed capabilities. We also have two 6 ton hardware presses.

Assembly

Why put it together when we can? Have your part fabricated and completely assembled here at Webster Precision Products!

Inspection

Our Virtek LaserQC is able to inspect the flat layout created by your supplied drawings and inspect overall dimensions and hole locations and sizes in an instant. Our parts do no continue production until our Virtek gives an approved reading. We supply first articles and certs upon request.
